At Head & Heart, we don’t usually write blogs about TV shows. But when Season 2 of Strife landed on Binge, it hit a little too close to home in the best way.

If you haven’t watched it yet, Strife follows Evelyn Jones, a woman navigating the chaos of running a digital media startup while also juggling motherhood, friendships, ambition, and a messy inner monologue that’s painfully (and hilariously) relatable. It’s inspired by Mamamia (the powerhouse behind so many brave and brilliant female voices in Australia), and as a fellow lady startup, we’re here for all of it.

Because Strife isn’t just about Evelyn. It’s about all of us.

It’s about women in business trying to work out where we fit, what success should look like, and which agendas are actually our own (and which ones we’ve unknowingly inherited from everyone else). It’s about doing the work with heart, humour, and a healthy dose of "What the hell am I doing?" on a Tuesday afternoon.
